Lecture: Ten Years of Inferior Pedicle Reduction and I'm Changing What I Do With Better Results

The problems encountered over time with the inferior pedicle Wise pattern breast reduction technique will be reviewed. The issues in switching to the vertical pattern along with the modifications made to the technique will be discussed. Advice will be given (learned from mistakes made) on how to make the transition. The reduced scarring, improved shape and longevity of the results make the initial anxiety on the part of the surgeon worthwhile.
