Panel: Managing the Difficult Neck in Rhytidectomy
Objective: Treatment of an aging or otherwise displeasing neck has a variety of approaches because the deformities take on a multiplicity of forms. The panel will discuss these forms and approach an algorithm for their correction. These include the platysma bands, the fat neck, the prolapsed submaxillary gland, the male neck, and a variety of other situations we encounter in daily practice.
