Panel: Special Closing Session: Difficult Nose and Secondary Rhinoplasty: “Challenges and Solutions”
: To provide state-of-the-art information about management of patients with nose problems that pose greater challenges than usual. It is recognized that rhinoplasty is the most difficult part of plastic surgery. Still, there are noses that are more enigmatic due unusual characteristics that they possess. In order to achieve a gratifying outcome for these patients, a different path is followed. The rhinoplasty experts will outline the course of action that can lead to attaining a pleasing result on these more complex noses.
