Lecture: My Long Experience with Tissue Adhesives
Dr Marchac has used the fibrine glue adhesive since 1983 for gluing skin grafts, mixed with bone dust and to hold dural patches in cranio-facial surgery. This adhesive has been used particularly for facelifts and endobrow on over 800 cases. The efficacy of gluing in facelifts will be reevaluated.
