Vascular tumors of the head and neck represent a broad category of benign and malignant neoplasms, which share a common anatomic origin in the vascular system. Although the tumors may derive from a common origin, they display different clinical presentations and pathological characteristics. More common benign entities, such as hemangiomas and vascular malformations, are well represented in literature.

Angiosarcomas are rare neoplasms. They account for less than 0.1% of all head and neck malignancies. A rare case of aggressive facial angiosarcoma, which was detected intrauterine, is presented.
