Breast Augmentation with Fat in Asian

Introduction: Autologous fat transplantation to the female breast is becoming generally accepted as a standard procedure in plastic surgery.

Methods: Harvest-jet^® for water jet assisted lipotransfer is a basic part of this surgery. only by constant rinsing with the water-jet the fat becomes as sufficient fluid as needed for extraction through small suction holes at low suction pressure. Small suction holes are required in order to be able to easily reinject the fat through thin cannulas with the result that it evenly disperses in the existing subcutaneous fatty tissue.

Results: A comparison of the volumes calculated with Vectra^® preoperatively and postoperatively revealed a mean volume persistence of 61%( 13%) within the pectoral muscle and periglandular fat.

Conclusions: In autologous fat transplantation to the breast Harvest-jet assisted lipotransfer is effective and safe method. breast augmentation with fat was a more natural appearance and feel than Silicone implants.
