Submitting a case on-line is easy! Cases may be at any stage of completion but should focus on topics reflected in the meeting including; facial aesthetics, body aesthetics, breast aesthetics and breast reconstruction. The presenter of the most intriguing case will qualify for free registration at PSTM 2021! We invite you to submit your case and be a part of ASPS Spring Meeting.

Note: Please make sure you include a current professional and personal email address. If you have a plasticsurgery.org account, please use that email as your professional email address. We will use both emails to help ensure you receive all abstract related emails.


If your case is accepted for presentation at the ASPS Virtual Spring Meeting, you will be required to register for the meeting and agree to have your presentation recorded.

MY CHALLENGING CASE

Submission Guidelines:

  1. 1. Author Qualifications

    This is a CME activity. Submissions from staff writers or company/industry writing pools will not be allowed. All presenters are required to disclose all relevant financial relationships or affiliations with pharmaceutical companies, biomedical device manufacturers or other corporations whose products or services are related to the subject matter of the presentation topic.

    All correspondence is through email, you must provide valid/reliable email addresses. If your email is going to change between now and March, 2021 you must notify mbogucki@plasticsurgery.org of the new email address. Submissions without a valid email address will be removed from the system.

    ASPS welcomes case submissions from our international members and colleagues as part of the ASPS Virtual Spring Meeting.

  2. 2. Text

    Please include a clinical vignette, relevant de-identified photos, your challenges and specific questions.

  3. 3. Images/Tables

    You may include images.

  4. 4. Edits

    Alterations can be made to any part of the case until the submission deadline. Simply log in with the numerical user id and password provided by the system. Once the deadline has past you will no longer have access to the system.

  5. 5. Disclosures

    Online disclosures are required.

    You must disclose at the time of submission any commercial associations or financial disclosures that might pose or create a conflict of interest with information presented.

  6. 6. Notice of Acceptance

    Notice of acceptance or non-acceptance will be forwarded to the email listed. Please check this email address regularly for submission updates and notify ASPS staff if it changes.
