The gluteal augmentation has been studied by many authors that proposed different techniques for correcting defects of gluteal region such as gluteal flaccidity and hypotonies.Afther observing different techniques, it was decided to evaluate a technique already consecrated in literature, but not used in gluteal superior region yet.The rotation flap gluteal augmentation represents an additional option for gluteoplasty, particulary in the every-growing post-gastroplasty patient population,promoting a good projection of the buttock region.
